AquaFit South Africa delivers to supported South African addresses through The Courier Guy. Review the available service, delivery charge and estimate at checkout.

Processing and delivery times

Orders are processed within 3 to 7 business days after payment confirmation. After dispatch, the delivery estimate shown at checkout for the selected The Courier Guy service applies.

Remote areas, public holidays, severe weather, high order volumes and circumstances outside our control may add time.

Tracking and order help

When a dispatch notification includes tracking, use the supplied link to follow the parcel. If your order has not arrived by the confirmed delivery date, or tracking shows an issue, contact us with your order number so we can help.

Address details

Check your delivery details carefully. If you notice a mistake, contact us promptly so we can check whether the address can still be changed.

Import charges

For an international shipment, ask us to confirm whether any import duties or taxes are included in the quoted total before ordering.
